PasteArt FAQs and Terms;
Paste Art is a small individually owned artist loved print-on-demand shop. Creating print on demand with t-shirts, tote bags, canvas art and coffee mugs with artist prints. Prints include pictures of butterflies and floral images. All artwork is created by artist Lois Center-Shabazz and printed(or pasted) onto each product.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Print-on-demand items usually ship in 4-5 days (BUT fulfillment has been backed up due to COVID, so wait times may be longer than normal). You should receive an email once your item has shipped along with tracking info. It may take some time for the post office to scan and receive it. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Contact us and we will replace those items.
Please be patient; each item is printed when you order it.
Fullfillment can take an average of 3-5 days
Shipping can take an average of 5-10 days
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! International orders ship via the postal service. You may incur import duties or other customs fees depending on your country of residence. We can't keep track of these, and are not responsible if your order gets held up in customs. If you do not see your country available in the shipping options, please send us an email and we can most likely add it.
There are no returns on international orders, so choose wisely.
HOW DOES CANVAS ART SHIP?
Turn your art into a beautiful canvas. The canvas texture intensifies the image's natural look and feel. All canvas prints are from the artwork of artist, Lois Center-Shabazz.
- Canvas frames are made of FSC® certified wood. When not available PEFC or equivalent.
- Thin canvas has a 2-3 cm (0.8-1.2") thick frame
- Shipped in protective packaging and strong boxes to ensure no damage during transportation.
- Mounting kit included
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
We want your shirts to fit you. All unworn and unwashed shirts can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at here for return instructions and a return label.
Customers are responsible for return shipping on returned items.
Original shipping cost are not refundable.
Tote bags can be returned if clean and unused.
Due to their delicate nature, canvas art and coffee cups are not returnable.
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns.
International orders are not returnable, they are final orders.
WHERE'S MY REFUND?
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be patient. It may take time before your bank posts your refund.
DO YOU WHOLESALE?
Not at this time but it will be added in the future.

Again, in the future, yes.
